The original platform was powerful under the hood but lacked a user-centric product viewpoint. An end-to-end audit of the engineer-built prototype revealed:

The Usability Toll: Setup took 65 minutes across 43 screens, driving user confidence down to an estimated 40% before Beta testing could even begin.

To bypass traditional discovery delays, I pioneered a high-velocity, vibe-design AI-augmented workflow—compressing a standard two-week research and ideation lifecycle into hours.

Taxonomy Mapping (ChatGPT): Generated relational data models for target industries (medical, wellness, small business) to pre-populate industry-standard roles and KPIs.

Algorithmic User Flows (Miro AI): Built rapid automated swimlanes to transform manual data setup into an intent-driven, progressive funnel.


UI Gap Analysis (Figma Make / Lovable): Critiqued synthetic UI layouts against market design standards to quickly identify structural vulnerabilities and design patterns that map to modern code frameworks.



The Human Craft: Personally re-authored the product's UX writing, converting dry, technical operational fields into a humanized, conversational step-by-step navigation system.

Design System: Utilized Figma Maker to scale and tokenize style and components based on Axure's design library for Tailwind.
