A new product release provided an opportunity for this B2C tech-health brand to connect more deeply with diabetic users in an increasing competitive sector.

I researched and met with customer base and stakeholders to bring an emotional focus on trust, clarity and accessibility. Concepting the RFP to focus on End-user stories, I partnered with the Sr. Creative Director to develop scripts, interviewees and shot lists.

The new campaign focused on 'real-world' users, from athletes to parents. Airing on CNN, CNBC and Fox - the campaign resulted with an avg. 4:1 ROAS.
